Early Morning Shtuff

Gotta do something to clear my mind before I head to bed, right? .... Right? Toss me a freakin' bone here! ...

Anyway! This month is shaping up to be a rather good one. Had a kind of bleh beginning and everything, and then I went to the Bellfurs place! Stayed there for a good three days, though really two and a half. But, ah well. Hung out with Soki a good bit of the Friday, and I did /not/ know that he could speak Japanese. And damn well too! (Well... compared to me really. I just suck ass at it now.) But anyway. The meet was awesome! THe weather wasn't. Raining and storming dont' make for good suiting weather. Ah well. Here's to hoping for a better one for November! Maybe that'll be dry at least. Who knows!

To wrap up this little journal of early morning randomness. My car has a new nickname! At first I nicknamed it Yamamoto after the first Shinigami dude from Bleach cause they're both old and like tanks.

But now! NOW! It's named the Taur Wagon. :D Cause it's a Taurus. And it hauls taur ass around. Ahaha... I made a funny. |D

Friends

We all have them. We all love them. Or like them. Or some sort of thing. But, I've noticed that among my friends, I can be friends with two furs who're total enemies to one another. I don't know why this happens, I listen to both of their stories (And I don' tell either of them what the other said as I'm not a jackass like that). But even after I hear all of that. After I hear the other telling me all the horrible and nasty things that the other has done, I'm still both of their friends.

Now, this journal isn't directed at any of my friends; be it I've had a conversation like this. Or something similar. It's just something that's playing around in my head at the moment. But, I guess it's the fact that until I've witnessed first hand the horrible things that the one friend is talking about; my friendship remains strong. Words do little to sway my judgment when it comes to friends. I mean hell, I'm still friends with most of my ex's.

I guess... that's it. *shrug* Just needed to get this out of my system.

A good amount of things have happened between now and my last livejournal post, and I have a feeling that this post will be about as long as that one, or shorterer. I can't really tell at this point. But, after my last post, my car decided to look at me. Smile. And say 'I need new tires, bitch. :D Oh, and my rear tail light is gonna go out soon, might wanna change that.' That made me look at my car and say 'Fucker...' So, I had to go through the lovely process of trying to apply for credit. Which failed. TWice. Once at Les Schwab and then even at Wells Fargo! Why at that last one? Because I make too little a month. Reminds me, I might try and ask my mother if she can Co-sign on a card. So I have an active way to get some credit.

That's for another day, hopefully. I need to concentrate on paying off the tires to start up some credit and then also paying off my cellphone bill from basically nothing as Rainfurrest had the fun time of depleting my bank account down to 4$. But, it was an amazing time! I know I already put a journal of the con up on my FA, but I wanted to do it justice here. Now that I've had time to let my mind settle down and actually remember most of the things that had happened.

Let's start a good few days /before/ the con. When I drove up the lovely 5 hour road trip up to Ferndale Washington to spend time with three friends that I rarely ever see! I spent two days with silver_r_wolfe, and Maly and Jondi. Silver had to work both of the days, so I spent time at the latter two's house. Honestly, their house did remind me of my room as it was completely trashed with fursuit stuff. (My room was trashed with clothes and stuff so it was kinda similar). Granted, the timing was way off as they were apping for a raiding guild on WoW so we did get to spend sometime talkin' with each other. Gettin' to chat like friends would and stuff.

After Silver got off of work, I actually could go get some gas at a *gasp* Fred Meyer Gas Station! I was rather annoyed at that there was a Freddies all the way up there. But it worked out as I actually had a use for my Fuel Point that I had accumulated last month in August. So, after that, we hopped intot he store to buy some balloons; I think he still has them on his dresser. Then he showed me the way to his house, so I could get a grasp of it; and his house is rather nice! Small, but nice. His room is comfortable though, and his bed is nice to sleep on. He's a cuddlebug, that's for sure. But, I didn't mind. His fan was really cold; and it was nice to have the extra warmth.

The next day, he had to be up at 6am; so I got up at that time as well. It was hellish the first few hours as my boyd basically went 'What the hell are you doing up at this hour!' So, I played Infamous for a good chunk of the morning until Silver popped home for lunch. We went to Denny's and chatted while we ate, and then we split back off and I headed back over to the scalebutts' where I watched them make caffeine soap. Made their house smell really interesting.

Fast forward to getting to the hotel: The rooms were still getting cleaned when I got there, so I started to just chat with Anuvia and Syber. Then I started to shoot texts to amranx to see where he was. And after locating that little foxcat, we started to head out to Denny's once more. Silver joined up with us there with a surprise in his car, I knew. Amran didn't. After we got back to the hotel, I was able to snag my room and get all my stuff put into it. During this day, I suited at random times. Scaring the normal people like airplane pilots and stewardesses, and also the people who were at the hotel before us. Hee~ It was a grand time really. That was on Thursday~

Now for Friday! The actual first day of the con! I had gotten my pre-reg stuff the night before as to try and skip most of the lines, and it worked. Heh. I suited that morning as well, just to get the layout of things and go into the Dealer's Den and not be pressured to buy anything as I was in suit. Why would I do it in suit. Then I hopped into the Headless lounge and hung out there for a bit, talked with suiters that I haven't seen since AC and all that jazz. Ran into Amran outside of the room, and we coordinated to start tagging suiters after the opening ceremonies. So we headed towards his room to get everything ready, then we had to find Fallout to get the tags. But that kinda happened at the same time, and then we went out and about tagging suiters. Off of the top of my head, we got Silver in NKS, Soki2Paw, tibolf , fuzzy16 , nerfcoyote , and a good ton of others! We actually ran out of tags for the suiters! And we also ran out of suiters to tag as there wasn't much out that day.

Saturday! The day of the parade. The parade was fun! If short. Went through it with Amran just like how we did it at Califur! I honestly can't remember much of that day when I wasn't in suit! This was my most suit heavy day, I think that's because there was just so much to do. I even danced in suit, though it took me a good while to get warmed up. Or just into the groove of things. It took Time Warp for me to get into the dancing mood. After that, I couldn't stop myself. Glowsticks were fun too. After that! We had DennyFurCon 09! About 41 furs went itnot he nearby Dennys and had a lte night meal. It was amazing. XD And insane. Mainly both! Then we had HallCon and CircleCon back at the hotel in the hallways. XD The night was full of laughter till we all just passed out. And Silver takes up most of the bed!

Sunday. With consensus of the room. We extended it another night. So that Aurora and Thaler could keep their stuff in their room. But as it turns out, it was good that we did extend it as those two had to come back and get Thaler's wallet that he had left in the room. But that day went a good bit slow as Amran and I just went about and handed tags out of suit as we both didn't want to get into the suits as it was such a short day. Then things just dwindled down till I just went to bed.

Monday, the last day I was at the hotel and I went out into Downtown Seattle with Amran and Raptor Red! It was fun. But I'm more of a beach person myself. More outdoorsy when I can actually get into things and take pictures. Cities just make me feel kinda bleh. But, it was fun to hang with the two of them more after the con and everything! Thank you all for a great con. I'm so going back next year. But first~ Further Confusion.

Musings...

As I sit here in bed at about 4:20 in the morning, browing through LJ finding friends that I talk to or have seen in some way, shape, or form over the cons that I've been to, a few thoughts run through my mind. Mainly one of them being if I can find a balance between life and the fandom, though I think I'm getting that down a good bit. Relationships are another big things, and the major is if I'm going to be ready for it when the time comes to move out of my house. Out of that protective shell that my parents have made for me.

I guess I'm going to have to face it when the time comes. I'm going to have to trust my friends to be there for me if I need them. And most important of all to have faith in my boyfriend to keep me going forward, even when I need that last extra push to get somewhere. I dunno what I'd do without him really. Most likely just wallow where I am now.

But enough of those thoughts about all those depressing things. Another thought came to my mind when I was reading through these LJs. I remembered when I /first/ got my suit at FC'09. I was a noobie suiter, and I didn't know how to bring the character to life. All I did was walk around and I had no idea of what I should do, or if there was anything that I could do. I did a little 'Free Hugs' walk through the con, and that turned out to be my little thing. *laughs a bit*

Califur came around, a con that I was offered free room and reg by my wonderful friend; Chance. It was a great little con, I got into a panel for handling fursuiters out of sheer randomness in the Dealer's Den. And I brought that little gag of a sign with me as well. This one was actually prepared and sturdy enough to carry around. My friend Amran told me that I brought the suit to life, and I trust him on that. I felt more comfortable in it and I was more... well confident.

Anthrocon was an amazing con to suit around in. Though I think I may went a little overboard with the amount of hours I put into that suit. I think... it was around 60 or maybe a bit more. I don't know. But, I think I did well in suit. Had the sign with me a good bit, and I just had plain fun suiting around the con. Don't know how I did, but I didn't hear any thing from anyone at the con on what they thought of me in suit. Aside from the 'Your suit is so cute/sexy/adorable/awesome/amazing!' or some form of word combination that came to that result.

But I guess I should head to bed, as I need to get up and wait for my dad to get home so I can go get my car some new tires. Rainfurrest is coming up, and I need to get ready for it. Need to get my laundry done ( An ever lasting project that is ) and get my fursuit all ready and prepped. Along with a gift or two for my friend Tibolf. For his new suit. I think they'll go rather well with it. Flames are all the rage. *grins*

Wow, the last one I wrote was *checks* AFter AC. It's been a good since then. Time for an update for you all! Might as well section it out into Social, Work, Furry, Love. Alright, first up!

Social:
Still living in pretty much bumfuck no where with no friends near by! Well, I do have friends but they're more like coworkers as we don't really have that much in common, except when we're at work and we're talking about random stuff like games, or me listening to them blab on about cars.

Though I did hang out with Tibolf earlier in the week, this could be considered social even if we did talk about furry things. But, I'll cover more on that later.

Work:
Well, work has been going well. Parceling and cashiering is what I do, and I rather loathe the latter part of my job. Bad thing is that I've been recently suspended from my job for three days, counting the one day off I have this weekend; that gives me a 4 day weekend till Monday, when I work next. So... fun. :D Thankfully, I don' thave to cashier tomorrow, which is what I was dreading. But, I know what I did wrong, even if I can't remember saying it to the customer who got butthurt enough to complain about it a week or two ago which in turn got my suspended from my job. But, anyway. Anyone wanna do something this weekend? c.c Might head up to WAshington to hang with a friend for two days. O.o

Furry:
My latest furry 'thing' you could say would be the breakfast Tibolf and I had at Shari's at about 2-3am. We talked about completely random things, his fursuit situation, and everything. Talked about cons that we're thinking of going to, and stuff like that. Then afterwards, we noticed outside, it was a Full Moon. More to the point, a Full Harvest Moon. That's why I was feeling so energetic that day. And so was he. It was strange, yet totally fun!

Love:
Ah, love. What will I do without it... I don't wanna think on that. But, I've now gone through a half a year with my fox, and I really couldn't be happier with my situation. He's perfect for me, and I for him. I can bring him out of his down moods, and same with me for him. It's really magical how we do it too. But, I can't wait to see him next year in March~

AC: Final Day

Final day of AC, and all I did was basically suit around; bein' a total idiot and goof. Participated in the Fursuit games, won it with my team, and THEN I got the award signed by 2 The Ranting Gryphon and Uncle Kage. I'm so going to be treasuring that for a goood long while now. Anyway, not much else going on other than the random urge to go back suiting downstairs and stuff.

AC: Days 0 - 2

AC DAY 0

Alright. Got to the con, got my badge, got a room with 6 other furs. Will not update this with a more descriptive post. I am going to bed. TO DREAMLAND! *pounces on fox and curls up* Fatty fox make good cushion.

AC DAY 1

Today was awesome! WoW Bloodhoof Guild meet was amazing. A 25 man raid, down 4 bosses out of the 6 (pizza was good) and we got phat loots as we relaxed afterwards. Fursuiters and fursuits EVERYWHERE! But, yeah... this was a fun day. :D Tomorrow shall have more fun stuffs! And... I gots art to show peoples... But. Yush. Two Taurin Fox pics, and one from Beastly Bahamut. :3 Yay~

AC DAY 2

Alright! Time to recap today. Well, one word could describe it as: Amazing. It's been purely amazing to be here at my first AC, and this has been a fucking BLAST thoughout it! I mean, hell. I didn't think that it would be THIS MUCH FUN! I'm sorry for the people that couldn't go, and I know that you're all looking at me going 'Mother fucker' and cursing at me. But, know this that I am sorry and I am wishing that you guys could be here to experience this with me!

But, the parade was /huge/. 640 fursuiters. And I made so many people lose 'it' when I was walking through it. It was amazing. And... Muahaha. MY LEGENDARY MOMENT! In the fursuit parade picture. All of the fursuiters that were mainly black in color, i.e. Me, and a good other 5, were pulled out of the giant group and put up FRONT! And, I had my sign with me. So... while we were gettin' set up and everything!~ I castually lean down, flip it around so that THE GAME was facing the cameras. And Pop pop pop pop went the flashes, and I was immortalized~ With the sign on my feet. THAT. Is my legendary moment at AC. My Crowning achievement at this con. :3

But, that's been day 2. And I've been talkin' with a great amount of suiters and non suiters! I was even in a free photoshoot and stuff. I'll snag a few off of the site that it's posted on, and toss it up here! There're some that I wanna post up and stuff. X3 And I stole Purity's hat. c.c And then got some with my friend, SevenIHL.

Califur - My little skim over

Well, I gotta say this about Califur, while it was a small convention; it was still a great place to be as I had more time to spend with friends and everyone that I went with. Granted, they got drunk a good bit, though I don't mind that really, I still had a great time! Day one got off to a bit of a rocky start as we didn't leave at our expected time, as our drivers wanted to sleep in a bit.

When we left, we stopped to get food and money and gas for the cars, and then we got there at about... a half an hour past one in the afternoon. We got our room and I almost instantly leaped into my fursuit and started to romp around the con floor. I grabbed my sign and headed out of the room downstairs to get my badge! Course, the reg line wasn't doin' so hot when I got down there. And I ran into 2 the Ranting Gryphon on my way to line as well. I gave him a hug, and... then I made him lose The Game. It was rather nice. ( Hah, you all lost. :D )

I went into the Dealer's Den, and hung out with Aurora for a good bit until Kadm got his reg stuff and kinda took over my spot. c.c Though I don't mind on that part, though I did check in on them every now and again. But, my crowning achievement was getting a sketch of Kaji from Dark Natasha. :3 I was happy about that, and it's /awesome/ if I do say so myself. I'll be submitting it sooner or later. Depends on when I get my scanner stuff installed and everything.

But! … I was in a panel! By pure randomness! It was 'How to handle Fursuiters'. The Do's and Don't's of how to act with them and everything. Silver (Furrhappens Silver) was there, along with another suiter/artist Lucky, and then random others that came into the panel! It was awesome. X3 I actually got some practice in how to goof about in fursuit and then more over the next day.

I found Amran! And he's awesome out of suit just as he is awesome in suit. We had a good amount of fun throughout the entirety of the con. I passed out around 10 pm cause I had gotten that far on about oh... an hour or so sleep. I konked out in the Cool Bus on the way up. Then came the second day, woo!

I slept through a fursuiting panel that I kinda wanted to go through, then I dragged Amran out of his room (sorta) and showed him Aurora's art. Then he went off on his own, and then we met up once more. That was a reoccurring theme with us really. Saturday was a mixture of fun, a wee bit of stress, excitement, and a whole lot of fursuiting. The Fursuit parade was small, though fun. Amran and I had a good amount of fun tossin' the sign back and forth as he gave hugs throughout it and then made people lose The Game over and over. ( Gotcha again! ) Then after that, we went to my room and had pizza that Amran and I had ordered. c.c It was nummy.

After the parade, it was a bit... boring really. Suited around a bit more, swam a small bit, chatted with friends off and on. Then came the night! The show that had the people in body paint was about an hour late, which caused the dance to start two hours after it was supposed to. And then after all that, a group of 10 of us went to Denny's. It was amusing~

Then came Monday, I tracked down an artist with the help of the foxcat and we paid an artist who was doing a picture for us. Then we partialed around the con (though I need to get arm and leg extensions).

I met a ton of awesome people. You all know who you are! And I'd love to go again one of these years. But with its proximity to AC. It's not likely. I'd have to choose one or the other to go to.

Upcoming Events

Alright! Looking at my friends handydandy website that shows the time left until various cons. (You'll find out which ones I'm looking at in a bit), and then thinking of what's going to be happening the rest of the year. I decided to let you all in on what I'm going to be doing for next like... three months.

Let's start with!
June.
In this month! There will be Califur: http://cf.furconcountdown.net/ : And there! I'll be hangin' with Chance and his crew and stuff. There will be much suiting happening, and possibly even a ton of swimming. Cause, I love to swim.

But anyway~ Hope ya'll see me there! And I will most likely probably definitely be suiting most of the time. Because I'm a freak like that, and it's just too much fun.

Okay, this next one bleeds into July. But, it'll be Anthrocon! http://ac.furconcountdown.net/ I'll actually be leaving to go there on the 29th. I will be staying with my mate Shoviel for the entirety of the trip. And I will be going to AC, dragging him with. He's gonna be my handler while I'm suit. X3 So I can have waters and foodz.

Infernous also owes me a back massage. WHICH I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO! ... I need one. So bad. ; ;

Hell, I need this vacation... these vacations. ... I think I'm gonna be held over till RainFurrest in September. >3>

Was just simply awesome really. Met a good bunch of furs onc emore. Got reacquainted with others. Met Silver R wolfe, Rhari. and good few others in person. Raided a QFC (grocery store for those who don't know) with about... 9 suiters. Forgot my Activewear at my house. xD So it was rather toasty and damp in that suit when I took it off. Though mainly on the legs... seems I sweat more on my legs than the rest of my body. BUT ANYWAY! It was an awesome meet. I wish I could do it more than once every two months. :<

Shame, I'll have to miss June's. I'll be going to Califur and Anthrocon during that month. Soo~ ... That's not gonna happen. xD But August! And then September! For the Rainfurrest party there. >.> Woot. ... ... I go bed now.

If you all were wondering what i'm talkin' about. Let me let you in on a little somethin' somethin' that I did. I took 5 days and went to visit my fox in PA, and I had a wonderful time. It was just wonderful to be held by him. EAch time we held hands, kissed, hugged. It was... magical to say the least. I want to just turn abck time and relive those events, though with a few changes to the beginning days. I was a little cold to him on the first day as I wasn'd used to a relationship like this. But, I warmed up to him as time went on. Staying at my friend's house for the last few days was awesome as well. I helped with his horses and everything. Course, I cuddeld with my fox most of the day and night as well.

He found out just how much of a couch I take up when he leaves his post. *snickers a bit* Gotta be fast when ya go in the middle of the night, I just take up the entire couch if you're slow~

FC: In review

I have got to say. This FC was made of pure awesome and win. I know that there are people who /might/ disagree with that, but from what I've seen on the FurCon community, I think the opposite rings true more. I met a ton of new friends, though I forgot half of them promptly unless they got my contact information or I knew them before hand!

But majorly, the biggest boost to the fun this year was that I was able to experience the con from another side. The fursuiting side. ANd it was. Amazing. I could be more free. More wild. Goofy. Basically, I could act how I'd want to act in publiuc and not get strange looks. And it was awesome. Furrhappens made my con. Totally. Even if I lost a claw, that somehow fell off without me knowing. >.> Need that mailed... Note to self, remind Silver if she doesn't mind.

But seriously! I met so many friends this time it was mindblowing!

Zero: Awesome~ X3 Great to finally meet ya. You big.

Ashton: You're awesome as well! Glad to see you those few times that I did. We should hang out more... if we ever can. ... Yeah

Soki: It was neat randmly bumping into you! Shame we didn't get to talk more. Well, I'll see ya at RF!

Onai: You are an awesome dance partner. We shall dance more at RF.

Amran: You are just a ball of energy! And amazingly cute. I've /got/ to find you once more at RF

Aurora: You threw one amazing party. Free food is always win. And you're so nice in person! Can't wait to see you at CaliFur!

Fuzzy and TIbolf : You two are always great to talk to. Sorry for that random wake up call that one day. But I had to do it since I wanted to be random for once. I hope to see you two more throughout the year hopefully. We've got to hang out more.

Furrhappens: Two words for you guys. Pure. Awesome. The photoshoot (barring the technical difficulties) was so much fun. I can't wait to see how those turn out!

There's a /ton/ more people that I want to shout out to. Mainly to all the people I met, though you probably won't recognize me on here, or anywhere else. But, it was a great con. I can only wait till next year. :3

FC: Last day

Okay, this is after Monday: Which was probably the most funnest night I've ever had in my entire life. But Monday was awesome, seriously. I danced a ton in my suit, met with a great amount of people, most likely sealed my Califur trip with my friends. All I need to do for that is just buy the plane ticket and I'll have things set and ready for it. I'd just need to bring my suit down once more and yadah yadah yadah. BUT! The Dead Dog Dance was amazingly fun! i had a blast, i'm probably still riding off of the fumes of my natural high that I got from that place. Or... I'm just so tired I"m awake. Both solutions are reasonable and possibly true.

Today... Uhh... watched Iron Man... got to the airport and here I sit. <.< Yay?

Humor is...

... When you're at a convention, and your Work calls you into work for two days when you're gone. :D God, my work is awesome. Especially since my PIC knew it, and she was going to cover me out while I'm here.

But, today has been kinda... nice today. I went into the Creation Lounge yesterday and grabbed onto a large clip board and a big sheet of paper. I wrote 'Free Hugs' on it, and then went around today before and after my Workshop in my suit with that sign. I got a large amount of hugs.
I even had a girl or two scared to hug me before I did. I had one dude go 'Get over here and hug me!' and I just tilted my head a bit and went silent before a girl nearby went something along the lines of 'I think he says You get over here, Bitch'. I was laughing so much in my head.

But, the day went well really. Just... another great day. :3 Not much talk about really. Though I did give Dark Natasha, TaniDaReal and another artist one of the three pens each. *smiles a bit* I'm having a great time, and I don't want it to end. Though, I do know I'd rather have someone here to share it with. And he does know who he is.

Fursuit Parade

Goddamn! That was a blast! Granted, it hot as hell once I got inside. But it was lovely outside in the nice cold air. Saw Duncan, Blazger, and a good other furs that I also saw at the Furrhappens Photoshoot, which will be /awesome/. And I swear, I'll be sharin' the link with everyone, and I'll try and get a pic to become my new FA/LJ icon. x3

But today has started a bit slow. Bolted to breakfast to have with a group of fat furs, including Zero, Rubbertex Coon, Reggie Fox, and Cytrus ( I think that's his name ). Breakfast was good, I had an ommlette and then I basically went back to the hotel, I got my Fursuit Badge, and then got ready for the parade! And it's still only 4:15pm!!

THe NuzzleFuzzle Steam gaming group is in a good hour and fiftenn and I'm their beacon. A fursuit is great for that kind of things. *smiles brighty* Today is going to be /fun/.

Further Confusion Day 2

Here I am, sitting in a friend's Party room stealing his laptop, mispelling every other word since I'm not used to a laptop keyboard yet. But, I'm also sitting here in my fursuit having a blast with a rather good friend, who's also a wolf and is more like a 'brother' than anything else. But, today. Has. Been. Awesome. My workshop was today... that I spent a good hour in before I ditched it for the Furrhappens Photoshoot. The photoshoot was a bit late due to technical dificulties, and the wireless camera stuff wasn't working that well.

But, it was great fun. I got to hang out with a bunch of great people and I got to have a ton of fun in my fursuit. And damn, I got into a good amount of pictures. From both the photoshoot and random people in the con. I mean, it's only 10pm and I'm still hyped up from having my suit and soda, food, and such.

Tomorrow is going to be interesting. With the fursuit parade, and thhe Nuzzlefuzzle (Steam gaming group) meet up. Which... I'm the beacon for. And believe me, I am hard NOT to spot. Big, Tall, Black, Wolf, Stunning hazel eyes. ect. I'm hard not to spot. And a good few people think I look pretty damn good as well.

And what's a con without a bit of drama, with that AMAZING high that I've been having. Not even drama is bringing me down to its level. My friend got his FC Achivments INTO the con grab bags, I'm in one of the badge art (The icon I'm using now came from it), and it's just an amazing con. But, I've found out that I'm probably only cuddly with people who I want to be cuddly with. Meaning that I can't just cuddle with anyone. Just how I am with relationships, I am very selective with who I cuddle with. It's just... me really. And my roommate whom I'm sharing my bed with doesn't like that, and he's a bit down about it. So... I can't do much about it without breaking who I am.

But I also went to a Fat Fur party! Though I'm not a fat fur myself, I still went to it because I had friends going. It was great to meet a good amount of furs who play WoW, and to talk to Aurora, who is a very nice woman. She is like the polar opposite of me. She is a white wolf anthro, female of course, angel wings, and she's pudgy. Opposite of what I am. I mean, what the hell. XD

The last half of Day 1

Well, I have to say that I had a very fun last half of the first day of FC as I got my suit from Furrhappens and instantly after I got some food into me and that I was well rested enough to actually do it. I found out that it gets really hot in those things, but I was also amazed at how well the Activewear kept me cool to a point and I was about to be out there for a good... hour or so? I can handle the Fursuit Parade no problem. Other highlights fo the day was meeting up with the big fatty Zero, and goin' to Denny's once more with friends such. Today's the first day of the actual con events as I'm typing this. So, I'm gonna go and raid the Staff Feed for some grub before I take a shower and head out for some fun before the Dealer's Den opens up. Wonder if I can snag Dark Natasha real early.

FC: Days 0 and a bit of 1

Arrived at about 1pm on Wednesday, and met up with a friend that I roomed with last year. And then we all hopped onto the shuttle to the Doubletree where I got /very/ lucky with getting my roomed extended to that day. Which was awesome to do. THen we all got settled down into the room and proceeded to roam around and meet up with there people. Such as Seven, Ashton, and then I got DarkWolf and his mate later in that day.

Went swimming with Kadm, and then went to Denny's with a good amount of friends. It was a nice beginning to the day. And we all passed out at like 10pm to 11pm.

I woke up at 6am and went down to Sprig's, the restaraunt downstairs on the ground floor, for breakfast. Had a good ommlette, hashbrowns and juice. THen I went back around wandering before I headed to the airport and met up with Tibolf and Fuzzy. Was good to see them once more and then I went back to wonderng around. Waited till noon to get my staff badge, and now I've stolen Uraja's laptop to type this up. I've seen pics of my suit, and I'll most likey put pictures up when I can. Till tomorrow!

... But there is only 16 days left till Further Confusion. And by god, this one will the most amazing one ever in my eyes. Let's have a list of what I'm going to be doing, shall we?

- Getting my fursuit
- Meeting with a ton of friends: Zero, Seven, Ashton, Uraja, Kadm (hopefully), Tibolf, Fuzzy, the list goes on and on and on and on
- Doing the Writer's Workshop once more
- Going to Denny's at hopefully 3 am again, cause that was simply FUN AS HELL, and this time more than three people.
- Suiting for the first time
- Being the fursuit parade
- Possibly getting a drawing of Kaji in my sketchbook from Dark Natasha. >.> (Here's to hoping really) AND NO! IT'S NOT GOING TO BE PORN!
- A ton of other things. (Hah~ Cop out)

But there's also a ton of thin-- Actually, mainly on two things to get done within those 16 days I have left.

Get a new suitcase, and do my laundry... At least this time I know how much to pack! ... Not a lot like last year. :B God, I like packed an outfit for each day... not this time! Just gonna toss in comfy clothes and wing it!

And beginning of the new...

I basically ended the year of '08 with working, and then eating Taco Bell. :D Granted, I randomly glomped a bunch of my friends through IMs, and then spent the night leaping from WoW to SL, and then back and forth to try and find something to do before I went to bed around 5 in the morning. Woo...

... I need to get out more. D: I need more friends closer to me!

New year's that is. Anyone have their resolutions made up? I think I can name a few of mine.

!) To be more social, i.e. hanging out with the friends that I don't see often. I'm looking at you, Tibolf and Fuzzy. I miss you guys.

2) To be mobile, and still be able to connect with friends. I.e. Getting a damn laptop. :| I'll be doing that next here for sure.

3) To get out of this house more. Being near my sister all of this time is really starting to grate on my nerves. Not to mention my parents.

4) This one is related to the Economy: College. If it's better. And I hear this by word of friends. Then I'll start it. If it needs more time, I'll stay back.

5 ) To be myself.
